Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the conditions below.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date in accordance with EU consumer law.
For hygiene reasons, this right applies only if items are completely UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNUSED, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached and hygiene liners fully intact.
When trying on swimwear, customers must wear their own underwear underneath for hygiene purposes. Any items showing signs of wear, use, or improper try-on will not be accepted for return.
If you decide to return an item, please note that return shipping costs and risk must be covered by the customer. Please ensure appropriate postage is applied to all return packages. We cannot accept return packages with insufficient postage.
For faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Worn or washed swimwear
- Items without original tags
- Items without hygiene liners
- Items returned after the 14-day window

EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Swimwear is excluded from the right of withdrawal once hygiene liners have been removed or damaged
