Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship within the European Union only.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us at thelatintouch.eu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and include your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage.

We will review the case and work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier; however, we will assist customers in filing claims and resolving such issues.
